Kathy Bickmore is a member of Toronto Monthly Meeting, Camp NeeKauNis Committee and Physical Development sub-committees, and the Quaker Committee for Refugees. Her day job is Professor at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto, where she studies and teaches about young people’s lived citizenship and school learning opportunities for making and building peace, gender justice, and democracy, in local and transnational contexts. She loves to swim and go paddling.
